Poor Service delivery man went to the wrong door so I never got my parcel contacted FedEx office in Sudbury Ontario The lady on the phone from Fedex Becky was very patronizing making it my fault kept on saying if I wouldn’t of been home I would’ve got the parcel anyway I paid for extra shipping to have it delivered overnight I knew it was coming today so I stayed home driver admitted putting The no delivery tag on the wrong door did not get my parcel very poor service will never use Fedex servicing again not because they made a mistake but because of the girl on the other end of the phone whose name was Becky was patronizing and made it all my fault saying if I wouldn’t of been home anyway I would’ve never got the parcel
