I had an urgent package through their expedited service that I needed on a Friday. I made a request to collect it at the closest location at my home. Customer service rep advised it would be ready for collection that Friday at 1PM. UPS somehow still attempted delivery and I was not home which is why I wanted to have it collected. I asked this locations staff when will my shipment arrived and after providing my name, address, the time the driver attempted the delivery and my prior request, without checking and system, I was advised it would "probably" be there on Monday. The driver did drop it off 10 mins before their closing time. I was able to collect the package the following Saturday but it was already too late. I will not put 1 star because this is someone's source of income but please step your game up.
