They never buzz me and then say delivery attempted meanwhile I wait around all day to make sure I'm there. How am I supposed to know they're there when they don't buzz me! 0 stars thanks for all the headaches

The most horrible delivery service ever! They never buzz the apartment just leave. The package was not at the specified location, when I called them they said they don't know where it is but they will call me when it will arive at a location. No one ever called me! Waited all day, called the next day apparently it wad delivered at 3pm, but no one let me know. Now I have to drive to that location again!!! Sooo horrible! I will NEVER use this stupid service again!!!

Seemed to have only attempted delivery once and took the package to a different city, but they cannot even find it there for me to drive (far) and get it and did not get back to me. Christmas presents missing. Left not even knowing what to do.
