Absolutely DISGUSTING service. DO NOT USE! very expensive delivery and the customer service is awful. Person who answers the phone acts as if the customers are a burden. When ordering your food, be prepared to wait well over 2 hours. They go on their time NOT for customers. Only 1 respectful driver. Other then that, gross customer service. Yikes.

I've used Bob's for years, for everything from LCBO deliveries, to groceries(that I ordered in advance from the store, to be ready for pickup). Always fast and friendly. Sometimes takes a bit longer on cheque days, but that's rare. I highly recommend them.

Everytime I've called Bob's delivery, the call is answered, the order is fulfilled faster than any other delivery service. Sometimes literally under 15 minutes. Driver's dont expect tip and are courteous! Most drivers I've talked to have day jobs and do this after their work. Drivers are dressed well and dont look worn out. You can get anything delivered! I'd try this over any other delivery service.
