they failed to deliver on time..I paid 90 dollars..calling the customer service was not good..the supervisor (I doubt) was not informative and did not listen or try an effort. customer service just keep transfering me from one to another and I have to repeat the full story..i spent half of my day on the phone!

Don't waste your time.

Worst delivery company ever. Do not deliver when they say and then have no idea where the package is. If you value your packages you better never use this company. Also makes you rate it one star, what a joke.

They moved to Hamilton Airport

There is a reason their star rating is 2.6 and it's probably because people are forced to leave a minimum of 1 star. The "show up but don't buz or knock" scenario seems to be a regular thing. I have seen countless reviews of people saying this happened to them and also had this happen to me yesterday. Upon calling to speak to a rep she was very rude and dismissive! Gosh, I could have been nasty with her given the "service" I received but she still felt it was ok give me attitude even though I didn't even yell and wasn't nasty. PLEASE PEOPLE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
