I deal with them literally on a daily basis and they are amazing! I live a ways from them, so I call each day and they actually take the time to look and check if their's Mail for me. It probably gets annoying for them but they don't ever show it, and are always courteous and helpful. :) thanx guys

Mauricio and staff are helpful, fast, and affordable. I feel very lucky to have this UPS Store close to my home office - they've come through in "emergency" situations more than once, and they never fail to impress with the quality of their work!

I arrived at this business at 9:00 am and it was not open. When I called the number that was listed on Google, while I was waiting outside, the number has no VM set up. How is it possible to take a business seriously when it wastes my time to get there.

Needed four pages sized 12”x18” for a book cover design to present to my client on regular paper stock. The representative offered a 100lb card stock in addition to a regular stock option, which was nice to know! Service was courteous and quick, thank you, will definitely return!

The customer service is good, but the hours suck. Closing time is between 6 and 6:30 PM most days. Hardly convenient.
