NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. IT IS BELOW ZERO STAR COMPANY.
Me and my friend booked bus ticket from Montreal airport to Toronto for September 3rd, 2017. Bus was supposed to be there 4:55pm and we waited for 20 mins but it never came. So we asked to the greyhound desk lady and she said this schedule has been cancelled for awhile and she also had issue with customers about this ticket. We booked this ticket on late April but we never got notified this was cancelled in any other methods like phone, email, or mail. Lady said there is bus at 8:25pm and that's it - which will arrive around 3:30am the next morning and I had to work.
I asked for refund so I can search for other method to go back home, and she said I only can do via online. Thought it is ridiculous so called to the customer service. 2 representatives told me there is NOTHING they can do about it, no refunds or anything. I looked up online for 8:25pm ticket while I was on the phone, and saw the ticket was sold out. I said that to one representative and she told me hope for customers cancel that seat. WOW.
We hoped for the best and tried to trust the lady at the desk and asked for the ticket. She said she guarantees there is ticket at 8:25pm and almost yelled at us. After 10 seconds, she said sorry there is no more service available. WOW. She completely didn't do her job thoroughly and LIED TO US.
So we had to pay for flight ticket which was 3 times more than the price that we paid for greyhound. I called to customer service today and talked about it, 4 people that I talked to said they will do refund for the ticket that we paid for but they can't do anything about the flight ticket that we paid.
IF THIS HAPPENED AT THE AIRLINE, THEY WILL GIVE ME REFUND AND ISSUE ANOTHER TICKET FOR THE TRIP. MOST AIRLINES EVEN PROVIDE HOTEL FEE WHILE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY RIDICULOUS BUT ALSO DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE IN EVERY WAY.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY ANY MORE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.
