The Greyhound Canada customer call centre in the Philippines is bogus. For a customer complaint I spoke with 3 different customer service reps on three different phone calls (totaling over 2 hours). One rep told me they are only there to hear complaints and cannot resolve any. Apparently they're not even documenting. A supervisor informed me that, of the 3 reps I spoke with, nothing is on file and they never actually logged the complaints... then, ended my call. If Greyhound would like to reach out, I can provide further details. Also, shameful that "Ontario" by Greyhound is listed as an American State and not recognized by the company as being part of Canada.

Disgusting customer service with its agents being absolutely disrespectful. Absolutely ridiculous. Not helpful. DO NOT pick these guys for travelling or parcel service.

If you can spend a little more money I suggest you travel by via rail.. I use to travel back home a lot with greyhound but I will no longer travel with them. While travelling alone at night with my daughter we were left outside waiting on a bus that never showed up and the only number that was available to call was the contact center and they didn't even know where the bus was. the CSR kept giving me numbers of greyhound terminals to call all which were closed and when a bus finally did come it wasn't the bus I needed and when I asked the driver for help. she just said she only knows information about her bus!. I asked who would have a dispatch number for the driver and her answer was simply " I only know my dispatch number" basically we waited for 3hrs and no bus came. so at 1am I took my daughter back home and sent in for my refund. This all happened in July.. it is now Dec and I still have not received my refund as yet and each time I call they have no idea on why its taken so long for it to arrive, I have to keep calling in 3wks!!! greyhound is an unprofessional company that need to be revamped and better business bureau should investigate them. no stars from me

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. IT IS BELOW ZERO STAR COMPANY. Me and my friend booked bus ticket from Montreal airport to Toronto for September 3rd, 2017. Bus was supposed to be there 4:55pm and we waited for 20 mins but it never came. So we asked to the greyhound desk lady and she said this schedule has been cancelled for awhile and she also had issue with customers about this ticket. We booked this ticket on late April but we never got notified this was cancelled in any other methods like phone, email, or mail. Lady said there is bus at 8:25pm and that's it - which will arrive around 3:30am the next morning and I had to work. I asked for refund so I can search for other method to go back home, and she said I only can do via online. Thought it is ridiculous so called to the customer service. 2 representatives told me there is NOTHING they can do about it, no refunds or anything. I looked up online for 8:25pm ticket while I was on the phone, and saw the ticket was sold out. I said that to one representative and she told me hope for customers cancel that seat. WOW. We hoped for the best and tried to trust the lady at the desk and asked for the ticket. She said she guarantees there is ticket at 8:25pm and almost yelled at us. After 10 seconds, she said sorry there is no more service available. WOW. She completely didn't do her job thoroughly and LIED TO US. So we had to pay for flight ticket which was 3 times more than the price that we paid for greyhound. I called to customer service today and talked about it, 4 people that I talked to said they will do refund for the ticket that we paid for but they can't do anything about the flight ticket that we paid. IF THIS HAPPENED AT THE AIRLINE, THEY WILL GIVE ME REFUND AND ISSUE ANOTHER TICKET FOR THE TRIP. MOST AIRLINES EVEN PROVIDE HOTEL FEE WHILE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY RIDICULOUS BUT ALSO DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE IN EVERY WAY. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY ANY MORE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

Ive never been so disgruntled and upset over how poor customer service has treated me. This is the first review I ever write a review about any organization because of how much grief I have to go through to get my refund back. They tell me to write a formal letter and send it via mail to their main office located in Burlington with order and confirmation number so that I can get my money back. Its been over a year since sending that mail and STILL have I yet to receive a refund. Customer Service is as rude as can be throughout the process too. I call customer service and they don't do refunds. They redirect me to a new number, so I give that number a call and they don't do refunds either and redirect me right back to customer service. Ive never had an organization waste so much of my time and play me so hard over a simple booking mistake. I would rate them lower than 1 star if I could.
