HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! APPARENTLY THESE GUYS DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DIAL A PHONE NUMBER (HIS WORDS). TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE WITH ME TRYING TO ARRANGE PICK UP OF MY PACKAGE. RUDE OPERATIVE ON THE PHONE I HONESTLY CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR ANY COMPANY. HORRID!

Good services, quick knowledgeable. Printed the invitations and stationery for my wedding. Work was delivered on time and as expected.

Worst service ever! When I arrived to have 225 pages bound he first asked why I didn’t have my printing done there. I told him I have a printer just need it bound. When he started binding I noticed he was doing it wrong so I asked if he was sure he was doing it right. He said yes and I went to him and checked and he was doing it wrong. I had to find the site and have the 30 pages he screwed up reprinted and promptly left as he got mad at me. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

It cost much money but the service was great

First time at a UPS store, so I assumed it would be the same as the post office. Came in and handed in my sheet, the man started glaring at me and asked for my ID. I did and then asked me for location vertification. As I didn't have any on hand, I tried to explain I would come back later and pick up the package. He however, started logging in he encounter and went off to check if the package was available. Then he asked again, I give the same answer and he frustratedly "explained" what I needed to pick up the package. Afterwards, he said some words in a different language as I leave. Yup, not a satisfying first encounter with this place. Specially after the 15 mins of biking.
