FedEx Ground Terminal

Deliveries from this office did not arrive at my door as stipulated by the driver. I was home all day on the day of delivery and the package was NOT delivered. I tried phoning FEDEX international and they could do nothing about the delivery. I then phoned the office in Grimsby spoke to Andy Doan and he could not help me. I question the statement made "Excellent Customer Service" coming out of this office. Very disappointed!

Not happy at all. FEDEX made 2 attempts to deliver my package. I get a phone call saying another attempt would be made. I call the warehouse on Thursday January 4, and get a message telling me my package would be sent out on Monday January 8. So I figured good. Oh no guess what after being out Friday all day there's a sticker on my door telling me that FEDEX was there.. total BS!!!!! No Call no heads up at all. Now I have to drive out to the warehouse to pick up my own package. I'm calling them FEDUPEX from now on..

Great terminal wish they had Saturday hours

Pretty much the sleaziest service I have ever seen when it comes to shipping. If you are receiving things from the USA and it is coming via Fedex, beware. Unlike all other carriers that give you a duty amount upon pickup if applicable, they do not, and send you an invoice after you have already received the goods. They "require" payment regardless, or be sent to a collection agency. If you are buying from the states, or even shipping in Canada, use Canada Post or USPS when able, and if you need a courier service for whatever reason, use UPS. UPS at least tells you if there are duties when you go to pick it up so you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to accept it or reject it. Modern Highway robbery at its finest with Fedex. Stay away.
