Service client exécrable

Nous avions reçu le mauvais colis et lorsque nous avons appelé le service client, l'agent ne voulait rien savoir. Pour lui, nous devions nous contenter du colis reçu. On dirait qu'il ne comprenait rien de ce que nous disions.

I placed a big order on amazon around 80boxes total, received everything on time good work

After waiting two week after a first attempted delivery, they just lost the package, after receiving it and not doing anything about it for 2 weeks... They are the worst, I'll try not to have anything delivered from them again, they are that bad.

Route 101 - Seq 145, the 700 block of Leslie Ave, Thunder Bay ON. Today, Dec the 19th an Intelcom driver delivered a small package and then proceeded to steal personal belongings from the private property. If the stolen goods are not returned in a timely manner the local authorities will be contacted. Intelcom customer service has been made aware of this theft.

Very bad service, they leave the parcels outside the building within reach of anyone. Today the status of my parcel says delivered and it never arrived, no one knocked on my door and I was at home all day. I tried to contact you by phone and after 3 hours of waiting you never answered. Terrible service, it's a shame that Amazon works with you.
