She is rude and disrespectful. She complains that her store is not a warehouse and that she has no space when you can see that the store is empty. She even dare to tell us not to buy so big stuff. I don't get why does she has an UPS store. She doesn't represent the company and she is very rude with the customers. I do NOT recommended

I believe the lady is the owner/franchisee. She has a very bad attitude, she is rude in answering any inquiries. She simply says she is NOT UPS. Don't franchisees represent the company to a certain degree? It's good that she has staff who was kind enough to answer few questions. If I have a choice, I would not go there again. There is another UPS drop store at Dorval Crossing (5 to 7 mins drive).

Not the service I was expecting from someone who represents UPS. Very rude attitude with customers. As soon as she saw me with a box inmediately she said that her store is not a warehouse and she doesnt make money keeping boxes for pick up. So I had to leave the store with my infant, my toddler and my box.

Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly. I had to take several packages somewhere else because they have no room, and had to listen to the owner complain that the package is too heavy. Not sure why they are in that type of business.

Nancy is always so helpful. I have been dealing with this store for years and yes they get busy, but they always pull through for you.
