Mr. Patel is nothing short of amazing! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of my printing issues. Amanda was an all-star employee, her customer service was outstanding. They both have left me with an amazing impression of UPS. They were truly were able to bring my printing jobs to life. Our event would not have been the same without their support and knowledgeable inquiries.

where to even begin? i am still in awe at the customer service i received from this UPS location and its staff. two weeks before my wedding i've been stressing out where to get specific printing jobs done (i tried everywhere and was offered different services for a hefty cost) Amanda helped me get exactly what i WANTED!! she was so quick to respond to my questions and finished a difficult printing job the same day. She could tell I was stressed and offered to drop off my printing on her way home from work. AMAZING!!!!! So glad I choose to get my printing done there and I hope they are content knowing they won me as a customer for life!! Definitely glad to see that customer service and workplace dedication still exists in this world!! Looking forward to printing more last minute jobs with you guys!!!!! :)

Just wanted to say thanks to the new owner, Mr. Patel, for his wonderful help with my UPS package! Made everything super easy and such a friendly and nice environment. UPS Store #385 gave me excellent customer service and support. Very timely and professional printing. And at a great price. Amanda is a superhero! If you need something (anything) printed, go there first. You'll be glad you did.
