The UPS Store

I would rate zero star if there was an option! I experience the most horrible rude customer service ever in my life. When i read the comment from the other customers on google, i realized i was not the only one. First the owner lady was miserable, rude and unpolite on the phone to begin with. When i finally arrive at the store, she was even more rude in person and i had the worst experience, the package i was picking up is under my husband's name, so that is why I brought my husband's ID to proof. Instead she declined his ID and wanted to see my ID which does not make sense, as any courier pick up store even Canada Post needed the ID of the actual person's name on the package for security. I had to run out to get my ID, when i returned to the store, she gave me the worst attitude and raised her voice. She started arguing with me and even told me not don't walk into her again store. I had to fight with her to get my package. As a business owner myself, I always treat customer with respect and would never be be rude to any customers. Never seen a business operate in the manner in my life. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

This place is perfect example of how NOT to run business. Miserable woman that works there needs to get some customer service training or stay home and take her misery on herself. Very rude, impolite and totally unprofessional. I hate going to this place and try to avoid having anything to do with UPS.

The woman scoffed at me when I had accidentally left the shipping label on the box, instead of politely informing me that I had left it on there. Had no problem removing it, of course. She gave me a bit of an attitude while trying to ship back the shoes in the box that they came in with no stuffing, because the box wasn't stuffed when I received the shoes. She said the shoe box would get damaged that way and then put the shoe box in a bag...

Exactly same experience as Brandon Byrant below. Horrible quality control on the part of UPS. Will NEVER shop from anywhere that uses UPS again.

Horrible attitude. Avoid if possible.
