You have to to be the worst delivery company on the planet.
I ordered an large order of outdoor lights a couple of months ago and they were left in my hallway with no text or phone call ahead of time.
I called Wayfair.ca telling them that I will not order again if UPS does this type of delivery and they said it was a mistake.
Well, famous last words, I ordered a Napoleon electric bbq for my new house and had it delivered to my apartment, but I work shift work
so I was tracking it all day. The extent of your tracking is shipped, and nothing in between. Guess what I get to work and get an email
that it is left in the hallway of my apartment standing upright with marks on the box. This weighs 88 llb and could of fallen on someone,
and plus by the condition of box it likely was thrown around.
YOU ARE THE WORST company, and you do not even follow up, because you know that you provide below average service.
