Awful service with FedEx. If you live in an apartment building, you are automatically penalized as the drivers will not leave any packages in the hallway, despite my building being secure. However, if you live across the street in a house, they will gladly leave it on the front porch to be easily spotted and stolen. Additionally, they will only deliver during work hours and if you are not home, they will insist you travel to their remote shipping centre to pick up your package that you paid EXTRA SHIPPING on. I will NEVER use FedEx.

Had something shipped, they didn't drop it off. I called a day ahead asking them not to attempt to ship it because I was driving 20mins to pick it up. I show up and they can't find my package, they say I have to wait until 8:30 for the drivers to come back with my package. Lucky for me the centre closes at 7:30, so I had to make the drive again the day after.

If you are going to pick up a package here, better get a cab or a car cause there's no way you can walk back to a bus stop with a package on your hand from there.

Terrible service. So far this is the third package I have had to track down that wasn’t delivered on time. Spoke with the manager several times and all I got were excuses.
