UPS

Well, I may as well throw my name in the bucket! A free warranty repair shipment somehow turned into $930 and their customer service has turned into an international game of ‘pass the buck’. Really feeling for the UPS reps who are probably underpaid and forced to feed customers scripted lies. Understand that the UPS next day ‘guarantee’ that you pay a premium for has some fine print. In my case, “There was a technical problem”, or “We didn’t have enough staff” completely voids the ‘next day’ delivery. Please.. please. Trust the bad reviews. Go with Fedex. I don’t have a lot of experience, but so far they haven’t let me down. Yes, YOU. Not UPS! You’ve been warned.

Poor work culture and rude staff behaviour. Ignorance rooted culture. Bad experience for me!

Had a shipment arrive that the value of the product was $105.08 and was charged $42.49 BROKERAGE FEES. I call to complain and all the lady on the phone would say to me check the web site all the fees are posted. very poor customer service. Also the package was in extremely poor condition due to the shipping service. I do not recommend UPS

I wasted day waiting at home for package. They didn't deliver... And I have to wait to monday... can't even pick up from warehouse. Horrible service.

Worst company ever! My things haven’t been delivered for over a week I have made all necessary arrangements and payments yet the delivery people still ask for payment upon delivery which resulted in my things not being delivered for the 2nd time and I am still waiting for my personal effects to arrive! Call center is horrible with non experienced people mostly and some rude people! They can’t even provide any solutions, or even schedule a proper delivery time for shipments! My last call with them took over 30 minutes and yet no solutions have been provided! I don’t recommend this company at all!
