I was able to buy a ticket, get two suitcases underneath the bus and a walker and on top of that I got a complimentary seat selection. Staff were excellent

If you talking bus... seats could be more comfortable

Small station, bus was late but the staff was friendly and they didn't charge me extra for my one small extra checked bag. Thank you it was very much appreciated. They should invest in more outlets or charging stations for passenger use only so we can charge our devices in preparation since it's unknown until the bus arrives whether it's an old bus or new, old busses don't have power outlets.
