Spent my morning watching a small child freeze in Pembroke Ontario because the bus was over an hour late. Poor kid was going to get frost bite so I paid a cab driver $12 to sit there and keep us warm. No bus shelter at the Pembroke stop. When I called to get an ETA cause there’s no way to track online I was left on hold for over 12 min. Their customer service team took my complaint but I know nothing will come of it. Poor little girl was crying and freezing. AN HOUR LATE? Unacceptable! Child abuse! And they didn’t even care the driver was not empathetic. Can I get my $12 back?

Bus was 2 1/2 hours late not because of weather or road condition resulting in a missed flight and was given nothing but excuses when questioned
