Do not ever sign up for this service. I love couponing so I signed up for the Sunday paper. A month later I decided to cancel because I wasn't using it the way I thought I would and 15$ a month doesn't fit well into my budget. They argued with me on the phone, offering me lower prices and trying to convince me to stay, before they finally agreed to cancel my subscription. However, they didn't cancel it. Two weeks later my account was billed almost 16 dollars and I got an overdraft fee on top of that as I wasn't expecting any money to come out. At worst, these people at the Courier-Journal are crooks. At best, they're just stupid and don't know how to do their jobs.

Almost non existent customer service, and no way of cancelling services online. I have not had a sunday paper delivered since april 2017, and they refuse to respond to emails and the one time i had time to call them and actually talked to someone, they told me their servers were down when i asked for cancellation and a refund. Real convenient on their part. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Please be aware of their habits before signing up for their services!

Terrible service. They fall to deliver papers close to 20% of the time. They don't even take customer phone calls for complaints.
