I called ten minutes before I showed up asking a question and they answered it. However, when I arrived at around 3pm, there was a note on the door that said that they had to close the store for a few minutes. At one point a man showed up, used a key to get in and then left. I waited for a half of an hour and still no one showed up. I had to leave and drive to another UPS store.
