I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to this store for being professionals, extremely curteous and for going above and beyond to give one of the best customer experiences I've had, ever. I highly recommend everyone who isn't one of their customers to become one of them. Will definitely be doing everything here from now on.

The owner was absolutely amazing and helped me right away to find the best shipping options for my package at a great price point especially for next day delivery. Sadly I was getting scammed but the minute I told him he jumped right on it, got my package back and helped me not get scammed. Such a kind and cheerful person! Nice to see that type of personality in Windsor :)

A. Samad is thee friendliest worker I have ever met at a UPS store, if not any store in the whole world. He welcomed with a smile, found a solution to sending my large package, we even shared a couple laughs about the pens not working, haha! Normally sending packages is very hectic but Abdul really through that bias off balance. I will always ship from this UPS store moving forward.
