Horrible service. My husband called to follow up on a parcel that was supposed to be sent to his friend. Instead of explaining nicely why it wasn't delivered, a staff named Mark shouted at my husband saying no one was at the door to pick up the parcel! My husband asked if someone tried calling his friend before leaving, Mark then said a courier is not supposed to call the recipient! What is the point of asking for the recipient's phone number if it's not to be used for contact purposes in case no one is around to take the parcel? UNACCEPTABLE behaviour of staff. Shouting and hanging up on a client. Unprofessional!

Incredible service, friendly staff, fast turnaround. Haven't experienced such professionalism in a very long time. Our company shall only use Rush Couriers’ services from now on.
