If I could give 0 starts I would!! This isn’t at all aimed at the Fedex in London but fedex as a company. You are the most unreliable and unorganised shipping company I have ever used. Paying for next day delivery for my package to arrive 6 days later.. 1 person tells me it will be with me on Thursday, that doesn’t happen, then I’m told Friday before 9am, that doesn’t happen, then I’m told Friday between 3-3:30pm (I take time out of work to get home and actually lose money) guess what? They try and deliver it at 1:45pm, no phone call to say they’ll be here early, no letter left to say they’ve attempted it, so then I’m told it’ll be with me Monday before 9am, this doesn’t happen, I have to leave work once again to come back to my place (lose more money) and pick it up at 11:45....
that’s the first package!
The second one actually arrived on time, the only thing is my package is just left on my front doorstep, no attempt to leave it with neighbour or a call to say where can we leave it etc... just literally placed on my doorstep where anyone could have just picked it up and carried on without anyone ever knowing. The worst thing for me is the lack of responsibility taken by their customer service team. Nothing is offered, just blame passed on to the company wich sold me the goods, wich I contacted and got them to get the refund off of Fedex as fedex ofcourse wouldn’t contact them... for such a well known company they truly do not give a damn if you lose out on money at all for their mistakes. I am currently nearly £200 out of pocket because of Fedex and they obviously couldn’t care less.
