I initially had a very poor experience, but Frazer did his best to make it right, so I have amended my original review from 1 star to 3.
The original issue was that the item didn’t arrive. The second issue was that once I reported the issue, it took about 6 trading hours to speak with someone senior to handle my complaint. During this time I posted my original review, as it didn’t appear that anyone was willing to remedy the complaint.
However, once I spoke with Frazer, we were able to reach an agreement and he took my complaint seriously, which I appreciated.
