Hermes Parcel Shop

Shame on you, Hermes! I hardly sped time on writing reviews, especially negative ones. But! after my parcels being left outside continuously and sometimes stolen, my patience came to end. I kept writing on the webs where I bought the items - pointless. It keeps happening. So here you have it. You gotta raise your game, guys, or your dreadful Google score will never improve otherwise. Please, make some serious changes. Resppectfully

Awful service. No calling cards were left and when tracking the parcels they pretend to have attempted to deliver them 3 times. I was home all day!!! Moreover they even said on the tracking record that it was left securely in the porch. What porch ? Everyone has access to the entrance of the building, how can this be a secure place?. What about the confidentiality of my personal data.? Retailers should stop using them, they cannot handle it. 3 parcels which I ordered are nowhere to be found. For Hermes they all haver been left in a secure place.

If these guys were nicer and had better customer service they’d get better reviews and people would be more likely to spend more money there. I would have enjoyed getting a liter of sparkling water here if only I’d been greeted with a smile and a “welcome” hello. The good: I was able to return a package I had ordered from amazon using their bar code reader and label printer here without cost. The whole process took less than 1 minute once I found the location and entered the store. There was one guy working there and not many customers about. It’s a small store with drinks and snacks and such. The bad: the box for my item being returned was not sealed. I incorrectly assumed that they might have some available for use there as do most other amazon return locations. He said they didn’t. When pressed he changed his answer and said he could sell me some tape for five pounds. That’s more than it would have cost to return it some other method. I had already traveled an hour across London to find this place. That’s the end of my review. Now to finish the story. There was another kind soul who had arrived to return his package just after me and he overheard the conversation with the clerk at the store. He also had expected there to be tape to close the box and was not prepared. Fortunately he did have some tape back in his car so after a few minutes to walk back and return we had the packages sealed up, labeled, and received emails that the items had been received for return processing. There’s also a nice noodle restaurant just next door I’d recommend if you’re in the area during lunch time.

Delivery note received saying parcel is put in a safe place:basement. Our outdoors basement is the rubbish bin room. Parcel is not there, had several people to look for it. Extremely disappointed as there were people in the house the whole day! So failed to see why delivery would not ring (working) doorbell.

The delivery guy didn't leave any card and pretend that he came 3 times. They then LOST my parcel. Terrible customer service, awful agents, all of them being contradictory with each other, and closing the conversations before you've been helped properly. AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. It's a POOR AND NOT RELIABLE SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
