Worst company ever, DPD is a ''jewel'' , they have lied and lied, they have never turned up, call or left a notice. I had to argue with the clients which I have bought something from them that this is out of order, poor guys I have gave them hard time, instead calling these cowboys. I have never ever experienced anything like it. They send me even email to go and collect from somewhere else despite paying awful a lot of money for a postage. At the end they have shown proof with a different post box, which wasn't mine......what a shambolic service and really amateurish service. Stay away don't spend your money on them, you better walk on foot and deliver your package yourself. No wonder they have 1* reviews all over the place.

This delivery company takes incompetence to a new level. Texted on the morning of the delivery date with an hour time slot (until 8pm). I waited for an extra five hours after said slot, and nothing. No phone call. No email. No text. Useless customer "support" department. Cancelled order in the end. Avoid.

This company has just txt me to say they tried to deliver but no one has appeared. They even state they left a calling card, no card here. A complete lie by the delivery driver now have to wait until Monday 01/08 he/she was no doubt running late and thought they skip the delivery. Tried to complain on the Interlink web site but funny enough the email bounce back undeliverable even though it was the companies own inquiry page. AVOID at all costs...

Most horrible experience I have ever had sending something! I send two boxes and was at home at the house where I send them to the whole time (no one ever rang!! Or knocked!) waiting arround for the boxed to arrive and nothing! Tried to call but all I got was a bad working machine and I could not get hold of a person. Then I send them an email asking where the boxes where and when they will be delivered. They awnsered days later (!!) saying that because no one was at home they send it back to the UK!!! Long story short, when they where finally able to locate the boxes after weeks, after they have been declared as lost (!!!) and I was finally able to receive them back, HALF OF THE CONTENT WAS MISSING!!!!! AND I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK!!! NOT EVEN A COMPANSATION AMOUNT!!! Someone in the company must have basicaly stolen valuables out of the boxes and left me with the less valuable things. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

They delivered an expensive, sensitive piece of electronic equipment (packaged in cardboard) to my neighbour's damp outdoor cupboard to which apparently they frequently deliver, in error. They had marked the £1,000 parcel as 'signed for' when I had not signed for it. I did find the package within 10 minutes of calling Interlink, so they were quick to fix the error. Glad I was at home for the delivery.
