Have to say I wasn't impressed with the service received here. I turned up to pick up my parcel...and had to wait for 20mins for my parcel to be found. Not impressed.

This company is extremely unhelpful, i am waiting for a parcel i ordered and they will not leave with a neighbour because for some reason the company i purchased from gave them that instruction. I offered to send an email authorising to deliver to a neighbour and they refused only offering me a full day delivery slot with no time slot , so have to wait in the whole day. not sure about most people but i have to work. Where is your customer service ? Don't use this company if you want flexibility.

Useless in this day and age as other reviewers have already said people have to work...also beware if you need to collect on a Saturday they are only open for 2 hrs
