Delivered to wrong adress, and had no help whatsoever from this company. Amazon was fantastic with the way they handled my situation. I spoke with Nikita who was no help at all. Great job yodel.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. I ordered something from H&M and Yodel delivered on the 2nd attempt (wasn't home the first time and they sent me an email immediately notifying me). Their tracking system is amazing, gave me enough time to plan ahead when to be home to receive the package! The delivery man, Eddy, is simply super fun and cheers you up, even during the 10 seconds of the delivery! Top marks to Eddy and the tracking system!

Don't lie to customers, also don't just employ individuals with their own/cars/vans if you can't keep up with demand and maintain a quality service of delivery. By doing so you are just aggravating customers who will never use your services again. Your Google reviews are awful, which shows I am not the only one who has received awful service from your courier, but from your after service and customer care and satisfaction team.

Yodel delivery staff, you're suppose to leave me... a missed delivery card, you can't send my parcel back after one attempt. No email and no text. You expect people to keeping tracking parcel progress every day like we have nothing to do. If you leave me a card, I'll act on it ASAP. Most companies now text you with a slot, estimated delivery time and option to change.
