I've been using this as my go-to UPS store for over a decade. The owner (and the main person who serves customers) is a huge help.
She cares more about her customers than anyone else I know and with the high volume of parcels, busy periods are to be expected. Probably not the best time to call with a hundred questions, when the service provider has a lineup in front of her. That's difficult for anyone to manage successfully. (picking up on some of the comments)
Unfortunately, the owner/operator has had some health challenges (throat/face cancer I think and thus has a replaced jaw) which makes it very difficult for her to talk. I think, based on reading these other reviews, that people are misinterpreting her approach and phone voice as rude, when it's really just because it's hard for her to talk.
There are hundreds of loyal customers who just get it and know Alice and how she operates.
Can we have more compassion for a small business owner doing her best than all of these horrible reviews?!
There is no one I would trust more to manage my mail and parcel collection and to help in a pinch when it comes to printing and other services through the store.
