So please if an employee doesn't here your tracking number / code or you do not here the code being relayed back unto yourself, do not get upset at the employee. As well as if in thed shop and a machine malfunctions, be polite as it can be rectified by fixing in just minutes. Or just moving over to the machine to the left ... As well, please remember that the employee's working here, are in the service and hospitality industry, this can be hard for sdome even on the easiest of days shard for one to be apart of because of all the shade and abuse thrown at them on that consistent and daily basis, help fix this issue for all by keeping your head cool when problems do arise, it will lead to less stress for everyone involved.
