The UPS Store

Terrible experience here. Shipped package, UPS lost package. Claim was rejected by UPS, the UPS store will not compensate me for shipping. So I've lost a product, and lost out on shipping. No one wants to help, no one wants to be accountable. Customer is left with nothing. I will never use UPS again for the rest of my life to ship. Beware.

Ordered a package online and the only option was to get it delivered to a UPS store. I selected this location since it was the closest only to find that my package had been delayed and was sitting in the warehouse. Received a call a few days later from UPS that they had tried to deliver my page multiple times and that no one had answered. I told them it was the UPS store and they backtracked only to inform me that location was closed for renovations. Ended up picking my package from behind a desk a variety store about a week late and one awful experience later.

Dropped parcel off for return back to BC from Ontario. Parcel was delivered back to our house in error and the pre-paid postage for the BC address was ripped off of the box. When I asked UPS if they would just reprint they said I would have to contact the originating sender to get a new one. When I asked why they would have ripped it off of the box the person I spoke with said I don't know that was UPS that did that. So the UPS store where we dropped it off is not "UPS" ? No apology or offer to cover the cost to send back. Had to spend $20 with Canada Post to send back as I live in St. Thomas and it's not worth my time to drive back to London.
