Great company to ship through, found it to be the most trustworthy during this festive season, followed strangly by Canada Post, and thirdly, UPS., which is kind of wierd as this company would usually be atop my list, esp. during festive times. As well as most any other time of the year! However FedEx was very prevalent on the roads this year, delivering the cleanest of boxes, absolutley no undented or squished corners, as well as delivered to my door and handed over by the way the arrows on the box has it shown as to not mess up thg contents, or having a product arrive at your door only to open it up ager you close your door asher spoofing the slip, to have a broken defective item becados tjeybnever followed the roles of 'keep it right side up, and you know that hadn't had been the case. This could be because of many different issues, although the main one could be b/c your purchased or sent item is not sitting nice and tight as most electronic goods have styrofoam pieces inside that cling to the item inside, this is obviously to keep it from moving around, keeping it nice and snug inside the box so it will not get damaged ... but if a wingnut doesn't follow the arrows and keep your parcel b right side up, slippage and shifting may occurs, dislodging things like nuts and bolts, where they now are free to move around inside the box causing possible scratching to your new monitors screen, of it is a television, the screen and base could also suffer scuffing, as well as remote controls ... An remote coming dislodged may actually become damaged and broken, as well as causing possible damage ...
