I have worked there for 14 years and I can say this whole industry is challenging. I have toughed out some difficult times there and truly care about the service we provide. We were growing so fast,as companies were leaving other transport companies who were going under. Our performance is sharp,though I acknowledge the complaints,the volume of satisfied customers is very high. There is a strong motivation here to correct and dissolve the mishaps of the past. You can go somewhere else, but I am aware of our competitors having big challenges to stay afloat. We are improving all of the time and I am grateful for an awesome maintenance department. Don't be discouraged by negative comments,you really must try us. Many of our employees have been here a long time and really care about the performance. I wish we were perfect, and we are getting there!👍

I just received a package today,found it on the ground in my driveway holding my screen door wide open.What professionalism from this company,all the driver needed to do was a simple knock,but i'm guessing he did not care.I have owned a courier company for 11 years and i train my drivers properly,it seems here that that extra care is not applied. I also made a call ,spoke to an agent ( Esperance) and the only thing he kept repeating that he was sorry. i'm guessing the call center are trained to say that and move on. A big thumbs down to Dicom Transport

Avoid this company at all cost. They lied in my face both phone customer service and onsite at Brampton location. Bad service and dont abide by their own rules. Say packaged was attempted 3 times when they only left one notice attempt went to pick up and without waiting 5 bussines days as stated on their policy they returned the package to seller. Stay Away!

Ordered a electronic meter from a distributor and was shipped Dec 8. Delivery time said 4-6 bus days from Que to Ont. It wan an employee xmas bonus gift. Checked tracking daily for 6 days said the same thing "In Toronto terminal for sorting. I called Dicom twice to find out why it's stuck in sorting for 6 days? Both times they said I will receive it within 1 day. Its now Dec 23 no parcel.Now Dec 27 NOTHING Staff is either unqualified or hate their job or both.
