If you want to buy / purchase, they are more happy to help you. If you want to drop off your package / shipment, they will nicely direct you to another location. Question. Why you bother them to make the purchase. Why don't you just make the purchase at the location they direct you to for the drop off, since that location could do Both. Never go back
