Had a great experience yesterday with MARK on of the drivers. Package he came to pick up was not ready. Mark was very patient and gracious while waiting. I really appreciated it!!

Message left on phone for us on Thursday 23rd that delivery scheduled for Sat 25th May. Called them back on same day and confirmed that delivery set for Saturday. Called them on Saturday morning to ask time window and was informed that delivery is not scheduled for us. Now set for Tuesday 28th May. lets see

The HR in the company Nikita Mehta is a Big Liar / Scammer Lie # 1 - I was hired on the 12th and was told by her that I can fill 7 days if I would like to work 7 days. I did that and the company would only give me 5 days max Lie # 2 - She said that everybody will get paid by weekly ($118 a day). Joined on the 12th and got paid on the 5th. This is her Bi Weekly mathematics. For her Bi Weekly means 23 days. Good stuff Nikita. I wonder who hired you. No wonder you are the best HR lol Lie # 3 - There is a process that’s done inside the warehouse called ‘sortation’. Nikita told us that people who are hired directly by go logistics DO NOT have to do sorting but the supervisors asked us to do it. Nikita will never email you if you ask her something because this whole hiring process is so shady. She doesn’t want people to keep a record of what she wrote. She will call you instead and that too 2 to 3 days later after you contacted her via email. If you are looking to work for free - this is the perfect company for ya’ll I am waiting for my next pay cheque. Hopefully this time I get it on time and I don’t end up knocking the doors of the labour courts. It’s a Nightmare working for them. The only 2 nicest people in the company are - the owner of the company (I think her name is Susan) and the lady at the warehouse who is the head of operations, I believe. Well good luck with your hiring skills Nikita Mehta. You’ll get a lot of people to work for you but I guess most of them will realize soon that what they were asked to do and what they have to do is completely different :)

This courier company doesn’t deserve any stars. There is one dispatcher and a manager that works at the Scarborough locations(McNicoll Amazon Warehouse) tells drivers to steal packages and to give it to them for good routes and extra hours. This company doesn’t deserve to be a logistics company. Beware don’t ever work for them and they make you clean toilets and mop floors for standby pay.

You know what.. I was getting my appliances delivered this morning, and was cautiously optimistic as to what to expect from the delivery team. Most of my friends that have received deliveries from Home Depot or Bad Boy or Sears usually have a horrible story to tell. I just got my delivery from Best Buy and these guys are faaaaantastic! Pro's all the way. It's not hard to understand why Best Buy uses this company.. top notch!
