Opening time should be changed to 10:30am, they never show up on time. More reliable option can be found on Dundas and University.

Even though they say they open at 9am donâ€™t make the same mistake as me and show up at 9, nobody was there. Waited 20 min and still no sign of life. Complete waste of time

Shipped a package to Toronto for my son. To avoid porch pirates, we shipped it to the nearest FedEx office. Package leaves the warehouse, gets to the FedEx Location on Adelaide St and they reject it and send it back to me!??! For real? This is the second thing that I have shipped to Canada by FedEx, the first was sent over a year ago and was never delivered or returned, just vanished. Now, the CT FedEx instructs me to address it to Adelaide St office and they reject it?? How hard is it to deliver a package?
