This company seems to try not to deliver at all cost and prefer customers to pick up the products they were charged to be delivered. It seems as if they would like to make lots of revenues just by been a shipping and pick up center. I learned not to use this company a while back when I noticed they will do all kind of works to get me going to pick up the package I have paid to be delivered to me rather than me going to pick it up. The only reason I continue dealing with this company is that some of the merchants I deal with choose to do business with them. I, myself will not ever choose to have this company delivering packages for me.

I had a very problematic delivery to send and the lady there was the most patient person in the world. I cannot thank her enough.

FedEx cant seem to deliver a package to Canada. A year and a half ago I sent a package to my son's school (cost me $60) and it still has not arrived (anywhere, not Toronto, not back to me... Just into the black hole). Now my son's phone died, had to buy one here because they don't sell phones with CDMA in Canada, and ship it to him there. He lives in a locked building and is always at the school, so I shipped it to a FedEx office at the direction of the FedEx employee here in CT. Package goes to the location and they refuse it because 'they did not order it'!?!?! Turns out that only certain FedEx locations in Canada can hold something and these locations are a secret that US employees are not allowed to know! So now, maybe they can redirect it to a proper office unless the person I spoke to does not have a high enough security clearance to know the proper location or maybe it will just come back to the US for another round trip. Next time I will drive the 20 hour round trip, less infuriating
