I walked 20 mins in the heat with my own box and shipping label to ship Bell equipment only to get there and be told I need to tape my box. No problem give me tape. There is some behind you that you can purchase !!! I ask if I can use the tape they use on site for office use. Nope not a chance. Pathetic !!! This is customer service. A post office with no tape to help customers make the experience easier. Definitely never going back to that location ever again. It definitely wasn’t my first time there and overall not the greatest experience each time.

Often you are kept waiting for service and sometimes they do not open on time. Once I couldn't help overhear the postal clerk arguing angrily with a customer. Even if the customer was wrong there is no excuse for rudeness.Also, a lot of their prices are very high.

Have been standing in front of their office for over 10' now. Happens all the time... 10'-15' late. The voicemail is not even active. Finally they showed up and didn't even apologize - not even when someone said perhaps they should... the guy smiled defiantly and carried on... Lousy service all around.
