Penguin Pick-Up

Outstanding customer Service! Absolutely outstanding!!! 11/10 Only complaint is that the entrance to the penguin pickup place is incredibly hard to find much like others have commented. The door is actually beside the patio to ST. Louis wings and its almost as if you have to access the path from Clyde avenue... the Door that accesses the insides of the building is not accessible to the public after 5pm... making it virtually impossible to understand where you are supposed to go to get the package. Unless I missed it... I think some better signage could alleviate much of this problem.

showed up tiny sign on side of building. no answer on pbone outer doors locked. walked around to the side of rhe building where there is no parking behind a patio for the restaurant small sign saying back in 15 minutes but notbing on the main entrance to the building where i watched not less than five people try to get in and get in their cars and leave. Never again!

Went to get my Fedex package today and it was incredibly difficult to find. There were no signs pointing where to go, and I was in a bit of a rush. Once I found the place, the lady working was really nice and apologized, which I appreciated, and she was able to explain the business to me very well.. but when I asked about the signs she couldn't really tell me why there weren't any... just that people have a really hard time finding this place all the time. Which I think is ridiculous when the whole point of this business is 'convenience'... needless to say I won't be signing up, but the people seems nice, and if anyone is looking for this place, it's inside the business building doors, past the elevator. 2/5 stars.

Some signage would be nice - you can tell the other businesses in this building are annoyed at all the people coming in to ask where Penguin Pick-up is. The doors aren't even unlocked so the staff have to walk across the building to come and let you in.

Packages get delivered while I'm at work. I pick them up from her on my way home.
