I go there a lot when I miss my packages (or when they decide that they don't want to knock). The staff is always very nice and you get your stuff very fast. You do need an ID to get your package, so don't forget it!

Very far from everything and very limited opening hours. I have asked Amazon to never use them anymore and I encourage others to do the same. Seriously just leave the package in front of my door like any other delivery service. Or drop it at the closest pharmacy like Canada post. Purolator is owned by Canada Post... I could not think of a worst pickup location... Keeping my package in this far away location combined with those limited openings hours look more like a kidnapping of my package than a service provided...

They present a distater service. We supposed to get a box. They bring without ringing the door left a notice to get and come the box from a place that was 40km far from my home. When we arrived there, they said it is not here and give us an address that was just 5 km from my home. I don't know why some companies such as hp select purolator for their service. Companies such as Ups are much better than purolator.
