Barely any parking spots available at Norwood. One of the employees today was extremely rude when I asked for my package. She was neglecting her job as she was talking casually with a customer/friends and then got sarcastically rude at me for getting my package checked out. She was, after all, doing her job. I understand people have their bad days but there is no need to take it out on the customer. Other than the situation today, I usually have good experiences with this place.
