Loomis Express

So I notice an attempted delivery sticker on my kitchen door. It had been there all day long. I should point out my kitchen door is up on my deck. There is no unit number, or mailbox on that side of the house. Why? Because that isn't my front door. So I sign the slip, and tape it to my front door, where the mail and unit number is. You know, the front door! What do you know, another slip next day on my kitchen window. So I contact CS. They say oh we tried twice. Nothing was left at my front door, it was stuck to my kitchen door twice. And since there is no mailbox or unit number, you can't actually confirm you delivered it to correct address. The slip has been signed, and left on my FRONT door since last night. Oh, they will try once more.... Heres hoping.

They left a delivery notice on my door telling me to check for the secure pickup location online the next day. I did that. Nothing. No information in tracking. On the 3rd day they added the following info to online tracking “Ready for pickup at Smartspot” with no address for said “Smart” spot. So I called customer help. Poor woman. When she told me the address and the abysmal opening hours (1030-6pm) I just hung up. Seriously, who can make it out to an industrial area after work in Ottawa before 630pm? No evening hours for people who work? No option to reschedule delivery?

I don’t know why all the horrible reviews. Those couriers work extremely hard. Service is always excellent

So Loomis had a parcel to deliver. We weren’t home so they left a tag on the door. It had instructions to go online and re-schedule delivery. So I did. I said the next day was fine provided it was before 09:00 or after 14:00. If those timings didn’t work the delivery would have to happen another day. So what did they do? They came between 09:00 and 14:00. Now after two attempts, it is my responsibility to pick up the parcel. WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will NEVER hire Loomis fir anything. Stay away. You will regret using this company.

An absolute TERRIBLE service with little indication they want to be seen as anything but mediocre. I would easily pay more money so to never have to use their services. Sadly, I'm forced to give them at minimum a 1 star, otherwise were it possible I would give them nothing.
