Rude staff contradicting what UPS customer service tells you. Don't waste your time calling customer support, they don't know the store policies....... even though it's a franchise which should follow head office rules

No issues, run of the mill experience. I like the fact that they close at 1830, allows for after-work pickups.

The employees here are very rude and seem to be bothered by helping customers. I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I will go to the St Laurent UPS store in the future as this place is a total disaster.

The staff at this particular UPS Store provide excellent service, helpful, take the time to listen to the client and very efficient in their manner .I love the the work environment in this store and return often. I do not agree with comment from Eric Simpson saying the St. Luarent Store is far Superior when the Montreal Road Store has been in business for 15 years and the staff offers excellent Customer Service.t
