The Company pays Driver's 16.30$ hour this is dramatic if you are not a student, they keep swapping Driver's because people jump ship as soon as possible. Management don't gives a dam about it .Yes its normal that the employees don't care about the customer service because nobody cares about them. So now you know.

Just witnessed one of the ICS couriers (Alberta plate) with complete neglect for a car exiting a parking spot on Clark st. Rather than wait for an old lady to get out of a spot, driver honks and wrecklessly just plies through. Maybe your customers get their packages on time but your drivers have complete neglect for human life or decency.

Lazy driver on a daily Union doesnt defend employee and its csn. They throw you out before you optain all advantage. Never send economic letter...you dont know where it will ends.
