Greyhound Canada

The bus station is pretty clean. Most of the staff is helpful enough. Some of them are plain rude. The location of the bus station is great (it's close to downtown). There are departure boards at various locations. The buses are usually on time. Sadly, the security is minimal. The bags are practically subjected to no checks.

Central bus station in Ottawa. Close to Downtown. There is one fast food restaurant with huge prices and nothing else. Decent seating, not very comfortable. The feel is as in a third world country bus station a place forgotten by time. Small but not cozy. The staff is nice even some of the things that you must do or have are not very well explained. Like not printing the return ticket on the same page because even if the ticket has a bar code they are still taking the paper. The should do something about this because a lot of trees are wasted this way. :P

Cheap and a safe way to travel. Every time I go to the building it has newer things such as a better waiting area and they are more clear about where you are supposed to go. It use to be really confusing and there would just be lines everywhere and sometimes they didn’t lead to anywhere. Now it is just nice and relaxing. I have good memories from when my boyfriend and I were in different cities and we would take greyhound to see each other. When VIA messed up on my tickets, even though they eventually tried to correct themselves, I took greyhound instead since I knew it was reliable. Never have had a mess up. Drivers are nice.

A very old place. Amazing location and close to downtown Ottawa. Clean and fast service, though I highly recommend everyone to book their tickets online ahead of time to avoid any delay and I would add that arriving earlier than your trip's departure is a good thing to do.

Took a long time to leave from London Ontario. But Toronto was amazing. The bus was brand new and it was a very comfortable ride and great service.
