The UPS Store

Worst customer experience ever!!! Paid for express shipping and still took two weeks to get my package. I didn’t choose ups, my merchant did. I would never choose ups!

I have had my mailbox here for several years now and only have good things to say about the service in general and Christian in particular. It's not the closest location for me but the quality of the service more than makes up for the extra distance I have to travel.

Bald staff member (owner?) is pure scum. I run a small business that frequently deals with prepaid UPS envelopes. I usually send from Vancouver but had to do two drop offs from Orleans this week. Smirking staff sarcastically asks me while I'm half-way out the store "is there anything else I can help you with" mocking the fact that I only came to drop a package off (and not spend money at his store? I suppose is what made him angry). Left me with a disgusting taste in my mouth that my business is not wanted by UPS. Staff/owner literally smirking, laughing and shaking his head as I walk out. I would give this store a minus 100 stars. Complete trash. You're in the wrong industry if you're mocking your customers. If you can't handle prepaid envelopes, close your UPS store. If you're miserable to the point of mocking customers, get a government job like the rest of ottawa and hide behind a desk and chair for the rest of your life. Stay out of customer service you arrogant, insufferable imbecile.

Ottawa to washington letter. 45 min, 3 restarts, wrong envelope, wrong inputs including my name severals times, long multiple calls to someone for help. Its washington folks not timbuktu. Canada post would have done it in 5 at 1/3 price - next time no UPS!! Apologies to the long line behind me.

This store is the worst-one to do business with. Both guys are very rude and in-polite with client. They treat you as 3rd class citizen. They have no respect for you. I was there today to send a box via UPS, they refused to come to take the box from car. I explained them, I have pain in my knees, I cannot take the box but they refused to help me. I won't advise someone to go there.
