I have a business selling clothing and I came to try out this new DHL store... The staff were very helpful with the information provided. Unfortunately I cannot give this place a high rating, the entire time I was in the store the sun was beaming down inside through the windows and I could barely see the people I was talking to. Why doesn't this establishment have any blinders or any shades? After a while of being in there I couldn't wait to get the sun out of my face.

DHL is the absolute WORST. I scheduled a pick up 3 times and the driver did not come at the right time slot once. Given that the time slots have a 3 hour window, you'd think they would come within it right? Nope. I resorted to taking my big package to the facility because I could not stay home all day to wait for the goddam dhl driver. This company and its drivers are the epitome of incompetence.
