No happy at all, My modem is on the way from Mississauga Ontario fro 4 days and still not received it. I have a message that A mechanical failure has delayed delivery, we're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. from Kanata to my home is less than 10 km, called costumer service and they are not helpful at all! just read some written rules from web, that I read already! not happy at all! prefer Canada post, more efficient and trust worthy.

Great phone and store experience! Gives you great information and trying their best to up all service! Very friendly! EDIT: Year later. I just wish they would answer their phone! You can't leave a voicemail because there's no more room!

Zero star review. Over night, ya right, try 11 days. 3 packages in a row with delays, and no answers why. When I called the store to find out why they said they would look into it, and call me back. No call back, so I follow up in the afternoon. Answer " ya well I have been really busy, and have no time". Last $ you will ever see from me. There up to date, state of the art, real time tracking service says "No tracking information available. Please try again, or for assistance contact us." What a joke.

My package hasnt arrived yet, was suppose to show up today but never arrived when it should be, should make your tracker up to date and deliver the packages on time. When I called to try and pick up my package but never answer the phone, this is very upsetting to me. Make a better tracker that will notify the recipient to know where is the delivery truck located
