My parents shipped some living room tables to me from Ottawa all the way to Texas. Salim was lovely, went to my parents' house and did the packing for them, and they arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this store for international shipping of large (and precious) items!

I regret to go to that store to print out my resume, 20c a copy for 60 pages, $5 just for 3 minutes to open my email to print out a document, finally he pretended that he was taking care of me told me the staples paper cost $2 but I will wave it. He knows me now cuz He asked me to open my phone go to Google to give him five stars. Ok now I edit it saying the truth. If u going to send or receive ur package it's ok but if u go to print out something forget about.

I had a bit of an unusual situation for receiving a letter from overseas with UPS. While at another UPS store they didn't know how to deal with this, Salim dealt with it like a pro and got the letter here as promised in a couple of days. Although I had to drive a bit further to get to this store (the other UPS store is 5 minutes from me), it was worth the drive.
